People usually start by commenting on the property, but I will start with Franko. He was super easy going and responsive from the very beginning, but most importantly – we forgot a few clothes at his place, and he was super kind and helped us get them back. This is the extra mile of hospitality that is very very precious. His villa is great value for money. It is in the second row of houses overlooking the mountain – with an amazing view, the jacuzzi is top notch, and so is the sauna. Some of the other houses in the area come at double the price, so his place is absolutely great if you want a very responsive host, a great new villa with a sauna and a jacuzzi, overlooking the gorgeous Pirin. The apartment is very cozy and modern, with huge windows providing breathtaking view of the mountains. The garden in front is spacious and has a playground, which was perfect for our boy - we had it all for ourselves, but it is shared with a house next door. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and lots of storage space. Everything was perfectly clean when we arrived. Big plus, even in the summer, is a small private sauna, which can be heated quickly. The two negative points that we noted were:1. The location: the house is neither purely in the nature, nor in a town, which means that you need a car both to go hiking and to go do groceries or eat out. There is also a lot of construction going on in the area, so it gets noisy.2. Equipment: while there are 7 sleeping spots, the plates etc are set for max 4, and that assuming you don't cook much as there are only 2 pots, one proper knife, and little to serve on the table.
